Firstly, please use our Order Tracker to check on the status of your order. If you order looks to be delayed or the tracking hasn't updated please lodge an enquiry with Auspost.
Yes, as long as we receive your request before your order has been dispatched. You'll have to be quick - we are pretty speedy at getting your orders out the door!
We restock our products regularly so if you are keen to get your hands on it when it becomes available be sure to hit the 'notify me' button on the product page so we can let you know when its back!
We specialise in caps with a deeper fit than most but we do also have a small range of other styles. Please see our Style Guide for more info.
We don't currently have a physical store, although we do have a growing family of stockists across the country that carry some of our products. Check out our Store Locater to find a store near you.
Unfortunately no. The warehouse is not setup for customers to come and pick up their orders.
We suggest cleaning your hat with a damp cloth but if you really must give it a deeper clean it can be placed in a dishwasher (without dirty dishes of course!)
DO NOT machine wash as this will destroy your hat!
